Our return policy is valid for 30 days, to benefit from it you must return the products to us within 30 days. After these 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be put back on sale by the Company. In the event of receipt of opened, heavily used, incomplete, damaged or soiled Products, the Company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer liable for depreciation of the Product.

Certain types of consumable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Shipping

info@ergo-pure.com and we will provide you with a form to complete and a return address. Please note that returns may be sent outside the EU in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you are shipping an item worth more than €20, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
